Activation
Click the Pointer button in the toolbar to activate pointer mode.
Placing Points
With the Pointer tool active, click on the volume surface to place a marker. Up to 10 points can be placed simultaneously.
Point Management
| Action | How |

| Select a point | Click on it in the viewport or the right panel list |
| Focus/center on point | Double-click the point entry in the panel |
| Delete a point | Select it, then click the delete button |
| Change icon | Select a point, then choose from available icons |
Available Icons
Choose from: heart, star, triangle, circle, diamond.
Coordinates
Each point displays its world coordinates (mm) in the right panel, based on the DICOM spatial reference.
Activating the Pointer tool automatically deactivates W/L and Ruler. Only one interaction tool can be active at a time.
