macOS Installation
- Download the DMG file.
- Open the DMG and drag Altician Spine Helper to your Applications folder.
- Launch the app from the Applications folder.
- Double-click the app to launch — macOS will block it on first run.
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down and click “Open Anyway” next to the blocked app.
This is required because the app is not yet notarized by Apple. You only need to do this once — future launches will open normally.
- The Helper will connect to the browser automatically.
Windows Installation
- Download and extract the ZIP file.
- Run
Altician Spine Helper.exe. - Launch the app.
- Windows SmartScreen will show a warning.
- Click “More info” → “Run anyway”.
This is required because the app is not yet code-signed. You only need to do this once — future launches will open normally.
- The Helper will connect to the browser automatically.

Verifying Connection
Once the Helper is running, the app shows a connection status indicator in the right panel:- Connected — Helper is running and ready
- Disconnected — Helper is not running or unreachable
localhost:18765. Ensure no firewall is blocking this port.
