Download the Spine Helper for your platform:

macOS Installation

  1. Download the DMG file.
  2. Open the DMG and drag Altician Spine Helper to your Applications folder.
  3. Launch the app from the Applications folder.
  4. Double-click the app to launch — macOS will block it on first run.
  5. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security.
  6. Scroll down and click “Open Anyway” next to the blocked app.
This is required because the app is not yet notarized by Apple. You only need to do this once — future launches will open normally.
  1. The Helper will connect to the browser automatically.

Windows Installation

  1. Download and extract the ZIP file.
  2. Run Altician Spine Helper.exe.
  3. Launch the app.
  4. Windows SmartScreen will show a warning.
  5. Click “More info”“Run anyway”.
This is required because the app is not yet code-signed. You only need to do this once — future launches will open normally.
  1. The Helper will connect to the browser automatically.

Verifying Connection

Once the Helper is running, the app shows a connection status indicator in the right panel:
  • Connected — Helper is running and ready
  • Disconnected — Helper is not running or unreachable
The Helper runs on localhost:18765. Ensure no firewall is blocking this port. Helper connection guide
