Files Don’t Appear

  • Ensure files are valid DICOM format (.dcm extension or standard DICOM without extension).
  • Non-DICOM files (JPEG, PNG, TIFF) are not supported.

Black Screen After Loading

  • Check that your browser supports WebGL2 (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
  • Enable hardware acceleration in browser settings.
  • Update your GPU drivers.

Slow Loading

  • Large datasets (500+ slices) may take longer. Check the progress bar.
  • Ensure you have at least 4 GB RAM available.
  • Close other browser tabs to free memory.

Only One Series Detected

  • Make sure all series are in the same folder or subfolders.
  • Check that each series has a distinct Series Instance UID in the DICOM headers.

Browser Crashes

  • Very large datasets may exceed browser memory limits.
  • Try loading fewer slices or a single series.
  • Use Chrome (it has better memory management).
