Overview
The 3D Sharpening filter enhances edges and fine detail in the volume rendering. Enable it from the Display section of the right panel.Usage
- Toggle 3D Sharpening on.
- Adjust the Amount slider to control sharpening intensity.
- Wait for the filter to process (a progress indicator appears for large volumes).
Tips
- Start with a low amount and increase gradually.
- Sharpening works best on high-resolution scans.
- The filter is applied asynchronously — the viewport updates when processing is complete.
