VerSe2020 CT Dataset — ShareAlike notice and required citations

The CT demo sample shipped with this application (volume and bone surface meshes) is adapted material derived from image series verse629 of the VerSe2020 dataset — resampled to 1.5 mm isotropic, converted to MVOL, and surface-extracted. In accordance with CC BY-SA 4.0 it is offered under the same license. Separately from the license, the data providers require the following three citations — explicitly including commercial derivative works such as product descriptions and web sites:

This application dynamically loads pystray, which is licensed under LGPL-3.0. The library is used as-is without modification, loaded at runtime, and can be replaced by the end user. Source code is available at github.com/moses-palmer/pystray.
